Ordered list of Parts (HULL, DECK...) per model — decides which rows show in LAM Schedule for boats of that model.
E.g. Gel (Gelcoat spray), LAM (Lamination), IGU, Gel Repair... — shown in the picker when clicking any day on any Part.
Every Sun→Sat week within a holiday range is marked as Holiday on the Gantt and excluded from Cycle Time.
Chọn file Excel Gantt (format CMI Production Schedule).
Cột nhận diện: SC#, CTR SOC, CTR COMPL, RETAIL VALUE, COMMISSION, W/S VALUE, PAID TO DATE, OWING BAL, NEXT PMT DATE, NEXT PMT AMT.
Choose an Excel file with a sheet named starting with "Launch schedule" (calendar layout: column A = date, each other column = one boat — a bold cell like "SC### - ..." marks which boat occupies that column from that row on). Import matches boats by SC# against the Production Schedule — any SC# not found there is skipped. Re-importing updates/clears entries exactly per the dates in the file.
Pick a boat that isn't in Launch Schedule yet and set its Launch Date — it appears as a row right away (doesn't touch the boat's WC/Gantt data). You can change this date anytime later via Edit Settings.
Uncheck a boat to hide it from this Gantt (e.g. a boat whose schedule isn't set far out yet, so its row would otherwise look empty/odd). Doesn't affect Dashboard, Launch Schedule, or exports elsewhere — Gantt only. Re-check anytime to bring it back.
